The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Proof of damage (photo/video) must be provided while requesting the return.
How to Request a Return:

Could you include your order number, clear images/videos of the damaged product, and a short description?

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refund Process:

Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Note:

No returns or refunds will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.
